Oisin MacDiarmada's solo CD, I forget the name but it's in Gaelic, something to the extent of An Bfhidil? It's on this site, that's all I know ~_~;
And there's also Kevin Burke In Concert, a GREAT CD indeed, there's a few tracks that feature Martin Hayes and Aiden Brennan, but a majority of it is Solo =D
There's also the two old recordings "an fidil sraith 1" and "an fidil sraith 2" - nothing but unaccompanied fiddle.
Drones and Chanters is a similar piping recording. In fact you'll find that most of the older recordings featuring a particular piper, fiddler or box player are unaccompanied. No "special guests".

Mary Mac's have some piano accompaniment. But the duo CD with Andrew Mac is just concertina & accordion.
There's a 3 volume set of live recordings of unaccompanied fiddle music called Fiddle Music of Donegal.
Micho Russell's "Ireland's Whistling Ambassador" has only some light percussion, which may just be his foot tapping (I don't have the liner notes at the office to check). Likewise for "The Russell Family of Doolin, Co. Clare"
Seamus Ennis' albums "The Wandering Minstrel" and "A Bonny Bunch of Roses" are unaccompanied pipes.
Elizabeth Crotty's CD is unaccompanied concertina with some duets with fiddle and flute.
Johnny O'Leary's "The Trooper" is solo accordion.
Jackie Daly's "Music of Sliabh Luachra" is solo accordion.
I don't think there's anything but fiddle on John Doherty's three CDs, "The Celebrated Recordings", "The Floating Bow", and "Bundle and Go".
I think there's accompaniment on only two of the instrumental tracks on Brendan Begley's "It Could Be a Good Night Yet!"
No time to check many tracks, but I think the two volumes of "The Pipering of Willie Clancy" are solo.
It's just concertina and flute (maybe whistle?) on Jack & Father Charlie Coen's "The Branch Line".

There's the Coen brothers recording (the Branch Line), concertina and flute, unaccompanied duets and solos.

The two albums with Tony McMahon & Noel Hill - both divine and no backing - suprising really - I much prefer backing on CDs. But these are still nice in spite of that.

James Kelly's latest, "Melodic Journey" is beautiful- all solo fiddle. Another "must have" is "My Love is in America" 16 of the greatest (then) living Irish fiddle players with only Peader Mercier playing bodhran for accompaniment, all done in a live concert setting.
I agree the recordings by Noel Hill and Tony Linnane are great, but they are not completely unaccompanied- some of the tracks includes some very tasty 'zouk playing by Alec Finn.

Michael Tubridy recorded a wonderful album of solos
on flute concertina and whistle: "The Eagles Whistle."
Found a cassette of it some years back.
Fiddler Sean Keane recorded Gusty's Frolics
on vinyl.
Dear Ol' Erin's Isle is a live cd from University College Cork
music festival on Nimbus Records. This album has great players in solos and duets all playing live in concert without harmonic accompaniment:
Eileens Ivers, Seamus Egan, Tom Doherty, Brendan Mulvihill,
Liz Carroll, Seamus Connelly, John Williams, Jimmy Keane,
Billy McComiskey, Joe Shannon.
The album that Tommy McCarthy recorded shortly before he died is beautiful. It features his piping, tin whistle playing, and concertina playing.
"Casey in the Cowhouse" features Bobby Casey's unaccompanied playing on cassette.
Ronan Browne's solo album on cd is unaccompanied
piping, whistle, and flute playing.

Bobby Casey's solo record - now out on CD. Also his 2 old 'home' recordings - one is called 'Casey in the Cowhouse'
And not forgetting Sean Pott's 'The Liffey Banks' - unmissable!
I think James Byrnes' solo record is unaccompannied as well.
