I’m actually Simon Wells, flute- and concertina player from Brisbane, Australia.

I play with CEOL RUA, with a piper and fiddler. I occasionally make it to Thursday nights at the Irish Club in town.

I’m a tune composer, In the less interesting part of my life I’m a school-teacher.

I like to play the great tunes being written by current Australian players.

I also have a free online Anglo concertina tutor which is designed to supplement the standard resources ( Vallely, Bramwitch, John Williams and Bert Levy). This tutor is in the form of a Wordpress blog site .
