True to its title, this tune has a friendly, inviting sound to it.
I've shown it here with quite a few triplets. You can, of course, replace these triplets with long notes if you wish (e.g. just one long G instead of GFG). On the other hand, you could throw in even more triplets especially in that run-down in the second part.
By the way, this is definitely not a tune to race through. This is one to play at a nice, measured pace if you want to reveal its true beauty.

This is apparently a hornpipe version of a Donegal Highland of the same name.

"Let's not have any unpleasant dissent about this one's origins. It's clearly named after a place for Catholics to go for a few quiet days' contemplation and rest, most likely written in the Blasket islands in the late 1800's."

Friendly Visit
You can listen to a short clip of Paul McGrattan and Matt Molloy playing this hornpipe together: http://www.claddaghrecords.com/www/music/real_audio/cc58/cc58trk10.ram
Their flute duet playing is on P. McGrattan's "Frost is All Over": http://www.claddaghrecords.com/www/product.asp?pID=39&cID=15 I believe John Egan was cited as the source.
