I found this tune marked "Not Named" in a music book I have. I did a little bit of investigation and discovered that it is a slip jig cerca 1920. Nevertheless, it is possible one of the easiest tunes I have ever learned.

Whinny Hills of Leitrim?
This looks like a slightly different version of "The Whinny Hills of Leitrim," which I believe is a slightly older tune. "The Barony" may be an updated version of it.
