I’ve made my “Irish Flute” app for the iPad free.
It’s a good trainer for my other bagpipes apps and has never been a big seller, so I figure, why not just give it away.

Michael, I don’t have an iPad so I cannot test your flute app. It sounds great, but almost too good. I’m wondering how the original flute sounds. Something is a bit … strong on the demo. Is it the reverb? Might be my imagination. In any case, great flute app. Cheers!
The older version in the demo video has a bit too much reverb. I’ve dialed it back a it for the latest releases.

My daughter (12) is trying to convince me she would love to play the flute, but seeing how she has swapped and changed instruments in recent years I am reluctant to fork out for a flute which may be sidelined in a month or two. This is great, she can have a go and see how she finds it.
A new version of “Irish Flute”, my totally free wooden flute for the iPad will be out by Christmas 2015.
