Often the only names for slides and polkas are people they are associated with.

Can’t help with the first two slides but the third at 2:46 is The “Waivers” - named after Bill Murphy, father of Denis, a weaver https://thesession.org/tunes/1527

The first two polkas (4:15 & 5:30) are very well known, somebody will step in with the names of those, and the one at 6:40 is Daly’s Mill (Newmarket) https://thesession.org/tunes/8918
