Serenellini 233 with one bass stop - De Luxe model or not?

Serenellini 233 with one bass stop - De Luxe model or not?

There is no diamond pattern on the bellows. I’m guessing that what I have is a plain 233 but I can’t find any mention of such a beast on internet - everything seems seem to be Serenellini 233 De Luxes with two bass stops. I tried searching through melodeon.net but that just got too confusing.

Go onto http://forum.melodeon.net/index.php?board=13.0 and ASK the question. There are experts on all sorts of melodeons there, including Irish-tuned boxes (I’m not one of them), but they need to know that. It costs nothing to join. Go on! Take the plunge.

Well, I would except that automated registration for melodeon.net is disabled and the owners web page is currently not allowing contact via his web site so for the moment, I’m constrained to asking here. It’s not a big issue, I’m just curious.

Yes, seems to be an issue with Theo’s page. I’ve sent him a note.

Email sent to Theo. Now all I have to do is figure out a good way of sifting through the volumes of links when a query is submitted to melodeon.net.
