If you’re looking to “follow” a contemporary traditional Irish fiddler, you couldn’t do much better than Fergal Scahill’s tune-a-day 2019 series:

Agree with all the above. Also the late Tommy Peoples, obviously. Dylan Foley’s an American fiddler, he’s good. Randall Bays, Kevin Burke, Brian Rooney, to name but 3 more…
You might find these useful. Tunes played up to speed as well as slowed down with a closeup of the fingering: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLvYgdEEcWt-O5w3ltJmiC_5hpwcjXhBlU
Definitely follow Duncan’s link to YouTube. A great resource. Thanks Duncan.
.
Buy an Antóin MacGabhann cd. I love the clarity and purity of his playing.
A nice tune is “Planxty Irwin” and not too bad for starting on the fiddle (one of the ones I first learnt with Jenny Wrigley in Orkney). You’ll find the tune on lots of Irish CDs. G maj?
How about Tommy Potts
Sorry, forgot Eddie Kelly
I am a fan of listening to Paddy Glackin for his “clean” playing. When he’s playing solo, you can hear exactly what he’s doing, even if it’s pretty fast and fancy. (However, maybe consider it a source for style, but not necessarily tunes. I learned a few tunes from his recordings only to find that it isn’t how the tune is played in general).
