Scottish Tune ID

Someone recently passed this tune along, and we couldn’t find much info on it. Does anyone recognize it, know any recordings, etc. etc.. ?

I’ve found a few other tunes Lee transcribed (see: https://www.hiico.com/.abc/ ), there was one they composed and said so much. Making an educated guess that if they composed this one, they would have also said so. They also stated the the band they transcribed it from for a few other tunes, again, not the case here. So, not much to go on.

Any info would be appreciated!
