Continuing the discussion about digital trad…

Continuing on with the discussion about digital platforms and traditional music from the thread about whatwhat music we enjoy most:
I recently came across an English trad song that I really liked, which was digitally titled "Pool Jolly Sailor Lads." When I went to Mainly Norfolk to learn more about the history of the song and who else has sung it, I couldn’t find it. I then found the album on there, from which I learned the title is "Poor Jolly Sailor Lads."
I write this because I’ve noticed this quite a bit in digitally issued or remastered trad material. Something will be spelled wrong, and on a few occasions I’ve seen it where the names of two dance tunes are switched.
I know there are many of you who have released albums… does anyone know how these are able to be added without checking basic spelling and order first?
Thanks.

Re: Continuing the discussion about digital trad…

That should have said "what music" in the first sentence.
