Anyone recognize the first jig in this video, starting at 3:19? I’ve tried to find it on TunePal and on this site but I can’t quite pick out the notes from this recording. Big thanks in advance!

This jig is a hornpipe called President Garfield, normally in Bb and @ hornpipe speed.
That’s the first tune in the clip, alright (no jig though), but not the tune Ruthie asked about (which starts at 3:19). I don’t recognize it. It sounds modern.
Thanks for taking a stab at it, I think it is modern for sure. I found a better recording of the same lad playing it, titled “Hugo’s”. But no other Hugo jigs on YT or on here, so maybe no one else knows it, yet!
