The Rambuck’s Head

The Rambuck’s Head

I have tune, ‘The Rambuck’s Head’ and I’m looking for information on it. I can’t find reference to it anywhere. I was going to add it to The Session DB but it may well go under another, more common, name and I don’t want to add to the duplications. Can anyone provide info, please, or identify it under another name?

Re: The Rambuck’s Head

I eventually found it. It’s Cornish and I’ve added it to The Session DB. It’s also known as ‘St Keverne’s Feast’

Here’s a video of its being used for a Cornish six hand reel.

Reminds of the Irish polka that I can’t remember the name of.
