Nagging Earworm : asking for help to identify

The abc format below is the best I could do at the time. I know full well that it’s junk (timing and note durations). This tune has been pestering me for a while , and I had thought that it was a pipes tune , but once committed to paper , I see that the range is beyond that of most instruments. So, what is the name of it - if you can tell. Thanks in advance.
