Tin Whistle Teacher in Midwest USA

Is there anyone taking on Zoom students in the Midwest right now? I’d love to support (pay for lessons of course) someone near by Iowa in the hopes that someday I could do in person lessons too when the craziness is over, but it’s not a deal breaker, just need be able to do lessons in Central Time, day of the week is flexible. Weekly would be lovely, but 2x a month would be fine to. I’ve been learning on my own for about 1.5 years and would like to learn better technique, breathing, etc.

Some years ago I learned a lot from Turlach Boylan maybe from Kansas City. Don’t know if he’s still active but if he is he’d be a good choice.

Acknowledging the idea of Midwest location for learning technique and breathing I’d say there’s none better than Shannon Heaton (New England, Eastern Time Zone).
