F Flute recordings

Got my hands on a decent F flute and now looking around for recordings with F flute that I can play along.

Sean Gavin and Jesse Smith’s Music from the Lost Continent: https://thesession.org/recordings/5438 - about half the tracks are with F flute and C fiddle.

I’m pretty sure Frankie Gavin recorded a few F flute tracks as well.
And of course you should get John McKenna’s the Buck from the Mountain, as he recorded a few tracks on an F flute.

Not that trad, but pretty much all of ‘Flook - Live!’ (In Sidmouth) is on F whistle/ Olwell F cane flute.

Thanks for sharing! I had only seen the Temps Fugit clip, not the others (and I like the backing a lot in the second Menguy clip).

F flutes are wonderful instruments. A few members here, and others, have had a go on the Key Rudall which I’ve had for some time now.

The reason I mention this is that back in the day, late 70s, early 80s, I had some great sessions in London with an incredibly gifted flute player called John Skelton. I’m pretty sure he had an F flute too, and am just wondering if he recorded any music on said instrument. He really made it sing!
If so, it would be a treat. I think he went on to be in a group called The House Band.
