Väsen in concert

As more Swedish tunes are being posted on the Session site, I guess there’s increasing interest in Scandinavian music. It doesn’t come any better than Väsen - Sweden’s foremost folk/roots trio. (See them on YouTube or www.vasen.se). They’ll be on a short UK tour in April, and this concert marks a much-awaited return visit to Shoreham by Sea on the south coast. Their previous three concerts here have all sold out (in a good way . . .) so if you want to catch them and can be here for the occasion, don’t wait to get your ticket.

Thought I’d mention . . . The venue reports that tickets for Väsen on April 27th are going quite fast. Anyone in the south-east UK who wants to catch them while they’re briefly in the country should look lively!
