Piping at the Old Bridge - An evening of traditional Celtic music and song

‘Piping at the Old Bridge’ is an evening of traditional Celtic music and song featuring some of the leading traditional musicians from Ireland, England and Wales.

The concert will be held on held Friday September 7th at the Pontypridd Museum and will feature performances by Mikie Smyth (Limerick) and Fionnán Mac Gabhann (Dublin) on Irish uilleann bagpipes, fiddler Mikey Kenney (Liverpool) and local traditional singer Edmund Duffy.

Doors at 7pm and music at 7:30 sharp. Afterwards we will relocate for a free Irish music session at a local pub, The Llanover Arms.

The event is organised by the South Wales Uilleann Pipers Club.
