Siobhán Armstrong and Róisín Elsafty

Siobán Armstrong, Ireland’s foremost performer on the early Irish harp, will give a 45 minute performance along with prize winning sean nós singer Róisín Elsafty.

After the recital there will be an illustrated talk about the early Irish harp from world expert in the field Simon Chadwick. This will start at 3pm and will last around 45 minutes.

Then there will be a hands-on beginners’ workshop at 4pm with Sylvia Crawford using copies of early Irish harps in the National Museum of Ireland. Places are limited to 8 on this workshop, so please pre-book.
