I play Irish music on the fiddle since I was 21 years old and haven’t stopped since. I like to play with the local people here in Co. Clare, Ireland, or with any sensitive player anywhere in a quiet place. I wouldn’t be very font of noisy sessions in pubs. To get the music “tight” is great, and when it happens, it is heaven on earth.
