Simon Ager

I mainly play the mandolin and whistle in sessions in Bangor (Gwynedd), and occasionally elsewhere. I also play the guitar, cavaquinho, ukulele, harp, piano, melodica, bodhrán and recorders, sing in choirs, and write tunes and songs, which can be heard at:

I go to Donegal in Ireland every summer to learn more Irish language, songs, tunes and dances, and go to the Isle of Skye most years to do courses in Scottish Gaelic songs. Sometimes I go to traditional music festivals in the Isle of Man and Cornwall.
