Lynn Braswell

I am from the heart of America, Little Rock, Arkansas, The Natural State. I enjoy working with wood and making instruments. I have tinkered with making my own Appalachian Mountain Dulcimers, Strumsticks, Native American Style Flutes (wood) and an Irish flute (PVC). I want to make a few traditional wooden Irish flutes. At 66 years old, I consider myself musically illiterate self-taught. I can’t read music but I can sorta play by ear. As a child I tried to learn the Tenor Sax and failed, guitar failed, piano failed. At 63 I made a dulcimer and I can read TAB. I have found success learning to my dulcimer and have really enjoyed it.
