I play fiddle after a 50 year hiatus from learning violin as a child. I live in central Texas now, and I lived in Virginia growing up and also in various parts of Africa as a child. I am retired and play strictly for fun. I enjoy waltzes and airs mainly, but like to mix things up. I read music, but really wish I could play by ear…working on it!
