Fell in love with Irish music in Edinburgh in the late 60’s / early 70’s.
Started out learning the tenor banjo but eventually sold it to buy a B/C box. Currently play a B/C Castagnari Ilary.
Old enough to have strong preferences concerning the music, session happenings and life in general…..but also old enough to be reasonably philosophical.
