All good points made above. Because of arthritic joints, I only play a two piece body. Rotating each hand for best ergonomics benefits my overall posture and thus less irritation and pressure on the joints. more…

Also glad to see this tune again. learned this at age ten in the beginning of my fife and drum days in 1970. The version we played was with dotted rhythm, giving it a bit more “swing”. Lovely tune. more…
