tunebook 799 tunes.
Bluegrass banjo player who married a symphony violist 30 years ago. After many twists and turns, including piano lessons for me and law school for her, our middle ground turned out to be Irish fiddle. She’s now teaching violin and viola, with many students on Irish tunes. I took up guitar a few years ago to better accompany her and have been working diligently to unlearn bluegrass strums, play better rhythm, and explore chord voicings. I’ve also been working out a few tunes on the 5-string (sorry), but have not inflicted it on the local session yet.
