Hi,
I’m currently from Bellingham,WA, and have played various folk music for a living for more than 20 years. I’ve always loved Irish and related Trad music, and now am devoting more and more time to it. I fell in with couple of very fine players and heard and understood the music enough to play mandolin with them in ways they found refreshing. I soon got my hands on a bouzouki. I sing, play bouzouki, mandolin, and harmonicas. The more trad tunes and songs I learn, the better all music I play gets because of what it demands of one. I run a weekly Irish & Folk Night on Mondays. I book people passing through sometimes and have greats like Grey Larson, Cindy Kallet, Colleen Raney, Alan Reid, Dale Russ come play the feature concert.
