I am from San Antonio, TX ., and do belong to a local Comhaltas branch that we started here about 4 years ago. We play open sessions weekly, which can average 8 to 15 players , which include fiddles, guitars, whistle ,flute,keyboard, the usual. I play both fiddle and also piano accordion, but mostly the accordion because we have too many fiddles. While we enjoy most of the Comhaltas music, of which many of us have the books , I also like the other tunes which sometimes can only be found, thanks to your site.
