    This session is being revived after a 19 month break on Mon. 25th Oct., hosted by piano accordionist Charlie Abel. 9.00pm start, with no doubt a good few glasses raised in memory o' Sandy Broon [RIP].

    A decent guitarist would know that one is enough, so any that don't understand that should not be backing - simple... if none understand then find one that does and stick with him. For the love of the session 😉

    Maybe we’re lucky in the U.K., but sessions have started to open up, including some in pubs. We’ve also had outdoor sessions (in marquees) for about 2 months ago.

    I think it could IF you use a low low whistle IF there are very few players at the session OR everyone at the session plays the particular tune straight, no individual variations IF it’s a simple, maybe arpeggio counter melody and IF everyone at the ses...
