Trying to learn violin/fiddle

I Live in San Diego and am in love with the mandolin

I live in Southern California and sorry I do not play an instrument. (no talent!). However, I love Celtic / Irish music and I am trying to identify a song I heard at the annual St. Patty’s festival held in Orange County, CA a few years ago.

I’m just learning the tin whistle. I’m really signing up to find sessions I can listen to when I travel. Thanks-
