Glad to find this website, I’ve been using it a lot! Just got a hammered dulcimer and it’s great to get access to the music I’ve been listening to all these years so I can hopefully learn to play them. Lots of great discussions here too.

I’m from Texas but i currently live in North Carolina. I’m in school for my degree in worship arts. I am a worship leader at my church.

I am an addiction nurse from High Point, NC, USA. I am a very beginning whistle player, even though I have been dorking around with a whistle for a long time, I still am not very good. I am looking forward to joining this community.

Late in career physician, doing more with music again, traditionally piano, now studying cello.

Working musician, I play mostly ITM, Old-time, bluegrass and classical or classical adjacent, musicals etc. Also choir director. Play mostly fiddle, banjo (5-string and tenor), mando, and flute, but I dabble in just about anything with strings.

Bluegrass dobro player. Also play highland pipes, smallpipes, whistle, flute, guitar, mandolin, harmonica and some other stuff.

I am a beginning to intermediate fiddler, having played off and on for the past 10 years.
