It’s late and I play for a Christmas Tea tomorrow, Saturday December 14th so I will have to be brief.

Living in Northern California and I play various instruments but I am a beginner on whistle, bodhran and concertina.

I am a retire construction superintendent in the Sacramento, CA, USA area. I started seriously playing the mandolin in February 2022. I am focused on the slower Celtic tunes because of age and arthritic fingers.

I go by the nickname DRW (my initials) I in the Sacramento area of California.

Amateur, maybe advanced beginning fiddler, I now see. Played AT it for years on Cajun music, put it down when my band started getting gigs that were a higher level than my fiddle playing would warrant (I play button box too).
