Hi. I’ve been a fiddler for 40 years, in Indiana, California, DC, New York and Pennsylvania. I play mainly Northeast old time dance music, Irish, and a few other odds and ends.

I’m from Bellefonte, PA and I play fiddle, mandolin, guitar, tin whistle, and a little banjo. I’m classically trained on violin and studied with Dr. James Lyon during high school and college at Penn State University.

Thanks for the welcome! I live in Bellefonte, PA (10 mi. NE of State College - home of Penn State). I’m not what one would call an accomplished instrumentalist. Am a self-taught “strummer” (read “chords mostly”) of ukuleles, guitars and banjos.
