Novice fiddler from western Montana, living in the Willamette Valley. Particularly interested in Irish and Métis traditions.

I live in Missoula now (retired) but recently lived in Tigard (Portland) from Sept 2019 to Nov 2022. I also lived in Seattle from 1989 - 1998. I’m a beginning hammered dulcimer player but also played guitar in a Celtic band back in the 80s.

From Bend, Oregon, but looking to move. I play fiddle. We want to find a location with regular jam sessions that don’t exclude or discriminate based on vaccine status.

Hi, there! I live in Missoula, Montana but am about to embark on a nine-month sabbatical abroad. I sing and play rhythm guitar and am interested in learning a new instrument or two.

I’m pretty new to Irish traditional music. I play fiddle -- was trained classically, so you can imagine the difficulties I’m having trying to play traditionally.

I’m learning to play the fiddle, at 56. This was a dream from childhood. I’ve played a Celtic harp since I was 21. I googled “how long does it take to learn the fiddle?” and found YOU. I’m excited to find a place for newcomers.
