I have come accross this site while looking for information about my grandad, Jimmy Power.

Hi I’m Dave, I live in North London, I love the acoustic guitar and have been getting a little collection together over the last few years, since I got rejuvenated for pure acoustic. I play acoustic mostly but have a few electrics.

Retired pirate *, treasure hunter, beachcomber, charnel-house worker, liar, and whittler of minature ships.

Guitar (dadgad) and a bit of Feadog. Also owns a tenor banjo. ‘Owns’. Not ‘Plays’.

I play the fiddle, I’m English and I’m interested in Irish, Scottish and English trad music. I lead an English-style ceilidh band called the Red River Band. I live in North London.
