I am a member of an Irish Folkband located in the Netherlands (Arnhem).

Hi, I love all kinds of music, including Irish Gaelic traditionals and folk songs. I play amongst others low whistle, Irish flute, flute, accordeon, keys, melodica.

I play the violin since I was a child, mainly classical in orchestra or in the setting of quartet. Sometimes on holidays, if meeting musicians, I enjoyed improvising or playing folk…. But I never get to come any closer to that part of musicing.

I studied jazz at the HKU in Utrecht and Music Therapy at the HU. After my gratuation I played and studied folkmusic, bluegrass, Brazilian music(choro) and free improvised music.
