Born and brought up in Ross shire, lived on the Isle of Arran for over twenty years now resident on Islay. Play clarsach / harp and bodhran.

I am on the isle of arran, I play a lot of instruments - bagpipes, mandolin, guitar 6 string and bass, percussion, brass and woodwind to name a few.

A guitarist who can pick to his own creations very well, even pick the unpickable.

Worked as an accordion demonstrator with Clinkscales Music in Aberdeen in the 1980s. Played freelance with various broadcasting bands and entertainers, and formed my own band in 1986 called Gael Warning.

I’m a young sixty year old and have been learning/playing Anglo Concertina for a couple of years now (mostly Irish and Scottish music) and have a Connor C/G instrument. I live in Troon, Ayrshire.

I don’t really use this site much. I live in Glasgow. I play the fiddle a scratchy wee bit.
