Sean Reid’s Favourite

This recording is one of my favourites and most returned to. There’s a level of detail and intricacy that you don’t find in many pipers, but it all works to create texture and musicality, rather than just showing off his prowess (and he has quite a bit of prowess!) on the chanter.

Well worth obtaining (I got mine direct from the man himself) and listening to for pleasure and education!
