Well if you’re bent with arthritis, and yer bowels have got colitis, you’ve gallopin‘ bollicitis and yer thinkin’ it’s time ye died,
If you’ve been a man of action, but now yer lying there in traction, ya can gain some satisfaction thinkin’ “Jayzus, at least I tried!”
Yeah, what album is that again? Andy Stewart wrote that one, didn’t he?

Andy Stewart it is. I just listened to the Silly Wizard recording of that song, but alas, there ’s no tune following it……..

There is a tune after Rambling Rover on the 25 Celebration Double CD. It is on the second CD and I am also trying to find the name. If I get it I will post it.

Re: Celebration CD 2
Added a link to Saint Anne’s Reel, as it is played in a medley with “Ballad Of St. Anne’s Reel”.
I’m not sure how to best separate the song from the reel in the tracktitle, so I copied how another Dubliners album was edited. If there’s a better, or more standard way, feel free to change it.
As noted by the last comment before mine, about track #8,“Rambling Rover”, the second tune sounds like “The Rose In The Heather”, starts at 2:32.

Track #11 “Red Roses For Me” also appears to be a medley with an untitled Air (at 1:59), played by Finbar Furey (uilleann pipes) & Siobhan Sheahan (harp). Or an instrumental variant of the song.
