Drones from the Black Mountain

This was the Belfast uilleann piper’s only album, released in the Outlet OAS series in 1980. It was later reissued as ‘Irish Traditional Uilleann Pipes’ and can be found for download under that name.

Gerry’s grandfather was the Belfast pipes-maker Frank McFadden. The Black Mountain of the title overlooks the city.
