Three comments

Recorded in 1988

I saw a couple of comments on tunes recently mentioning this album, so I thought I would submit it. It has a mixture of old and new Boys of the Lough material, all played superbly, of course. This particular track order I found on the Boys of the Lough website, but it’s not the same as on my cassette. Whatever, they’re the same tunes.

By the way, the first track is spoken by Garrison Keillor from Prairie Home Companion, who is a good friend of the Boys of the Lough.

Boys of the Lough Live at Carnegie Hall

This is a brilliant recording. Everyone should have/hear it!

Donegal Jig No. 1

The tune that the Boys call "Donegal Jig No. 1" was submitted a while ago by Kenny as "Johnny Boyle’s":
