Paddy & Bridget…
Isao and Masako (or Paddy and Bridget as they are known in Ireland) are two Japanesse people who frequently visit Ireland (particularly Clare) and play traditional music on flute and concertina/harp respectively. They play on all tracks of this album and are accompanied by several big names such as:
Antóin, Bernadette and Caitlín Mac Gabhann, Michael Tubridy, Aidan Vaughan, Brian McNamara, Martin Hayes, Chris Droney, Joe Ryan, Gerdie Commane, Peader O’Loughlin, Eamon Cotter, Geraldine Cotter, Eoin O’Neill, Mary McNamara, Tommy and Rory McMahon and Mary Custy.
There is a good mix of tunes and different instruments.
