This is a duet album and should be attributed not to Sean Ryan alone but to "Sean Ryan and PJ Moloney" (the flute player).

The Flowing Tide here is Lad O’Beirne’s, not The Flowing Tide

The tune titled "The Flowing Tide" here is Sean Ryan’s composition, "Lad O’Beirne." I just posted the second tune in the set" Sean Ryan’s Fancy". This is the recording that got me into Irish music over 40 years ago. I borrowed Allen Block’s original LP and never recovered from listening to it. It’s a wonderful collection of tunes.
