Recorded by James Foley in West Tyrone during 1985/86 this was the first release by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland in its ‘Harvest Home’ series. Issued on cassette only in 1991, and featuring an illuminating and well illustrated booklet, the album features singers from around the Castlederg area with the exception of fiddler Tommy Keenan. Those appearing are:

tracks 1 & 3 - Desmond Ward;

.1, 6, 8, 12 & 14 - Sheila Gillespie;

.2 - Tommy Keenan;

& 9 - John Corry;

- Mickey Mongan;

- Eddie McGoldrick (not fhe former Palace and Arsenal player!;

& 15 - Tommy Quinn;

- Joe McGrath;

& 16 - Paddy Harper;

- Mick McGrath.
