Originally issued as a 45rpm EP by Breandán Breathnach’s very short-lived SPÓL label in 1963, this six-track recording has been reissued in CD format by Na Píobairí Uilleann.
Though the flute/fiddle duets are tremendous it does seem rather cheeky that NPU is charging €9.00 for just under fourteen minutes of music.
