“The Inimitable Winston “Scotty” Fitzgerald” - musicians and notes

Winston ‘Scotty’ Fitzgerald - violin
Estwood Davidson - guitar
Catherine Ann Lamey - piano

Winstone (Scotty) Fitzgerald was born February 16, 1915 in a small village called White Point, on the Northern tip of Victoria County (‘Down North’), Cape Breton Island. At the early age of eight he took great interest in the violin and in later years he formed his own band and has become the greatest Scottish Violinist of all times.

Estwood Davidson - A long time member of Scotty’s band, Estwood is, without doubt, one of the greatest rhythm guitar players in this country and does not only confine his talents to Scottish music but is well known in other fields of music.

Catherine Ann Lamey is new to the Scottish recording industry but plays a very fine piano. The Lameys have long been a well recognized family in the field of Scottish music and Catherine upholds the tradition of the family in a fine style.

And on the front cover ~ Bannock Moor near The Bridge of Orchy, Scotland…

That’s all there is, other than the track list…
