Lovely personal CD By Davoc, you can hear the enjoyment of the company in the playing. Offically launched in Miltown Malbay on December 7 2012.

Davoc is joined by friends and family, including his wife Anne and her brothers Lika Bloom and Christy Moore, their nephew Conor Byrne Miltown Malbay harmonicaplayer Johnny Hehir and Trish Dillon from Inagh.

The story of Davoc’s involvement in music, Christy Moore’s ‘Prosperous’ that led to Planxty’s formation, was recorded in his basement for example, can be read in his own words here:

Forgot to mention there the CD was recorded in one go during a five hour session at the Courthouse in Ennistymon, engineered by Quentin Cooper who, together with Eoin O’Neill, joined the gang playing.
