Four Star Trio

I got this CD at the Willie Clancy week last year. “The Four Star Trio” are Con O’Drisceoll [ accordion, songs ], Johnny McCarthy [ flute, fiddle, whistle, songs ], and Pat “Herring” Ahern [ guitar, bouzouki ].
15 tracks of music and songs, slides and polkas are well represented, with quite a few uncommon ones, which I might have a go at posting one day. Some original compositions are included as well as traditional material.
Tracks #3, 7, 10 and 13 are songs. A fine recording, especially if you’re into Sliabh Luachra music.
