Andrew Finn Magill is a fiddler who straddles genres. He is a two- time finalist at the All-Ireland Championships and is equally proficient in old-time and bluegrass. In 2010, he produced a Fulbright-MtvU- funded concept album with Malawian Afro-vibes artist Peter Mawanga, about those affected by AIDS . He resides in Rio de Janeiro, where he leads O Finno, his own choro quartet.
