Beautiful album form Michael McGoldrick. The playing is the high quality you’d expect from this great man, with some lovely steady tempos. The majority of the tunes are his own compositions. Track 10 is a collaboration with the Malian singer Fatoumata Diawara and Gerry O’Connor on banjo, it was recorded live at a Celtic Connections concert.

This is an absolutely gorgeous album. Track 9 and 11 are fantastic.
