Re: Curfa

This is a CD I got back in 2004 when Cherish the Ladies played in my town (Roisin Dillon was the fiddler in both bands).

Track list (as written on the album):
P Is For Paddy (02:51)
Kitty’s Gone A Milking / Dowd’s #9 / Castle Kelly’s (03:35)
Paraic’s Jigs: The Legacy / The Blue Angel (02:05)
Step It Out Mary (04:17)
Molloy’s Favorite / McFadden’s / Tae’s A Beggin (03:06)
Drawn To The Rhythm (03:54)
Eamon’s Set: Boys Of The Town / Mutt’s Favorite (02:45)
Process Man (03:36)
Roisin’s Reels: Boy In The Gap / Gan Anim (02:26)
John’s Set: The Smiling Dog / The Brason Mask (02:24)
Addie’s Set: Irish Way’s And Irish Law’s (03:11)

Musicians:
Paraic Keane (fiddle), Roisin Dillon (fiddle), Eamonn Dillon (uilleann pipes, whistles), John Schreiber (guitar, banjo) and Addie O’Connor (vocals, bodhran).

The Smiling Dog is a slip jig written by John Schreiber, and The Brason Mask is a swung reel (or fast hornpipe?) which sounds somewhat familiar. Maybe Scotland, maybe Northern England.
